Billing Policy:
  • I understand the Club Membership entails a minimum commitment of three releases and will auto-renew.
  • Wine Club releases will be charged 2 weeks before wine allocation release.
  • Pickup Members: Wine Club releases will be charged 2 days before wine is available for pickup at our tasting room.

  • Customizations must be completed before the charge date.
  • A notification and reminder will be emailed before billing.
  • If, for two consecutive wine club releases, your credit card is not authorized, your membership will be closed. Dobbes Family Winery will make every effort to notify you of credit card processing issues.
Shipping Policy:
  • Dobbes Family Winery ships via UPS ground unless you request a different carrier.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions (temperatures above 85 or below 28 degrees), we may hold your shipment until the weather is favorable. You will be notified of any weather delays.
  • Federal law requires that an adult 21 or older must be physically present to sign for shipments.
  • Additional shipping fees will be applied in the event we have to reship or reroute your package.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional shipping charges.
  • We recommend shipping to a business address or UPS location to avoid returned shipments.

  • We believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect.
  • We are absolutely and categorically opposed to any form of discrimination.
  • We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment based on dignity and mutual respect. We will never condone nor tolerate behavior that undermines the dignity or self-esteem of any individual or creates an intimidating, hostile, abusive or offensive environment.
  • We have a legal and moral responsibility to protect our employees from any form of inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.
  • We encourage all our employees to report any language or behavior they feel to be contrary to this policy and take all such reports very seriously.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a membership with anyone who expresses inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
