The pace of harvest 2025 has stepped into overdrive as we roll into October. Over the past weeks, daytime highs have been mild and consistent with crisp cool evenings right in line with the region’s typical early fall pattern. And in typical Oregon fashion, the rain has arrived – but nothing heavy enough yet to slow us down.

The vineyards are wrapping up their picks, most whites are now tucked safely in tank, Pinot Noir has been coming, and the last of the late-ripening fruit is on deck. In the cellar, we are continuing work on the sorting line, fermenters are filling fast, and the air is thick with the aromas of wild fermentations just taking hold.

The team is punching down caps, monitoring ferment temps, and gearing up for pressing cycles that will run nearly around the clock. Our stellar crew has been working non-stop and with good spirits (with the help of lots of coffee and playlists). So far, the 2025 vintage is showing its promise, and we look forward to seeing what the next few weeks have in store.
