At Dobbes, we don’t just make wine—we celebrate it. And part of that celebration means pairing it with equally inspired food. That’s why we’re thrilled to work with the incredibly talented team at Trellis, one of our favorite local restaurants, to showcase how beautifully wine and cuisine can come together.

This May, in honor of Oregon Wine Month, we’re highlighting a special creation from our friends at Trellis: the Elderflower Spritz. This refreshing cocktail features our bright and aromatic Grenache Blanc, enhanced by floral elderflower liqueur, zesty lemon, and fresh mint, topped off with a splash of sparkling water for that perfect springtime fizz. It’s a drink that embodies the season—light, lively, and crafted with care.

Elderflower Spritz
• 1.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 2 oz Dobbes Grenache Blanc
• 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 fresh mint leaves
Muddle mint with ingredients, shake with ice, strain into an all-purpose wine glass with fresh ice, and top with 2 oz sparkling water.
