Double Check Your Release

2023 Reserve Chardonnay

This bottling of our Reserve Chardonnay tells a story of the wind. It is blended from two distinct, windswept vineyards, each impacted by the elements in its own unique way. Prophet Vineyard, located in the Eola-Amity Hills, bookends the Van Duzer Corridor, while Seabreeze Vineyard catches the wind blowing directly through the site. These late-afternoon breezes cool both vineyards down, beautifully preserving the grapes’ natural acidity. From Prophet, the wine gains a rich broadness across the palate, while Seabreeze lends crisp acidity and structure. Together, they form stunning harmony.

2024 Amelia Rose Cuvée Pinot Noir

Named for Joe’s daughter, Amelia Rose, this wine has always been built by our winemaking team to drink wonderfully in its youth. You’ll find the same complexity you’d expect to find in any of our wines. This vintage presents more savory notes that then lead to beautiful fruit and floral flavors. Making this wine vintage both unique to itself and familiar. Think elegance over power, acid over structure. Refined and broad red fruit more than dark and muscular undertones. This cuvée is crafted to capture the joy and character of a wine meant to be enjoyed in the moment.

2022 Dichotomie Cabernet Sauvignon

Growing up in the Napa Valley, I’ve long had a soft spot for Cabernet. With this rendition of the “King of Reds,” I really wanted to create something different, focusing on savory notes and complexity instead of lush primary fruit. To do that, two things were critical. First, the vineyard had to be special. Echo West sits on the other side of the state near Milton-Freewater, with vines growing in ancient volcanic ash. That fascinating terroir checked the box. Second, we left the young wine on its skins for almost two full months to extract tannins and build a much more savory realm. These decisions created a truly distinctive profile in this fascinating wine.

Food & Wine

As the Willamette Valley shifts from warm afternoons to crisp evenings, our tables naturally start calling for something a little more comforting. This season, we’re leaning into cozy fall recipes, all paired with wines made for gathering. Explore these simple recipes and discover a few new ways to enjoy your club wines as the seasons change.

Maple-Dijon Roasted Chicken Thighs

Sweet, savory, and full of fall flavor, this Maple-Dijon Roasted Chicken is an easy recipe for those first crisp evenings of the season. The maple brings out the fruit-forward character of Pinot Noir, while Dijon and roasted chicken add enough savory depth to complement its acidity and earthy notes. Prefer something a little bolder? Cabernet Sauvignon works beautifully here, too

Butternut Squash Rigatoni

Creamy, savory, and just a little sweet, this Butternut Squash Rigatoni is fall comfort in a dish. The squash’s natural sweetness and silky texture are a natural match for Chardonnay, especially alongside its bright acidity and subtle richness. For a red wine pairing, Pinot Noir brings fresh acidity and earthy fruit that complement the roasted squash, herbs, and Parmesan without overpowering the dish.
