Get the Insider look. Visit our working winery and learn the intricacies of the winemaking process, from crush to barrel to bottle. One of our dedicated Hospitality Ambassadors will lead you through an informative, interactive tour of our winemaking facility, followed by a five-wine tasting flight plus a sample of wine straight from a barrel in our Hideaway. We do offer food options; however, to guarantee availability, please pre-order.

An interactive tasting designed to reveal the nuances of food and wine harmony. Through a curated series of flavor components and wine pairings, guests explore how acidity, sweetness, salt, spice, and umami influence balance, texture, and perception.

If you have a group that is larger than 6 people, please call us to make arrangements. We respectfully ask that guests do not make split reservations. If guests make a split reservation, we cannot guarantee that your group will be sat together. All tasting fees are required in advance at the time of reservation for groups larger than 6 people. Please contact the tasting room at 503-538-1141, ext. 118 to make a reservation for a large group.
You’re welcome to bring outside food, but we kindly ask that it not have strong odors to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We also offer snack items for pre-order and purchase on site.
The winery allows leashed, well-behaved dogs in all sections of the tasting room as long as they promise to stay off the furniture. Our four-legged friends also receive the royal treatment with a water bowl and treats while visiting Dobbes.
Yes we are family-friendly. Children count as part of the reservation and will be required to have their own seat. They should remain seated and under adult supervision during your tasting.
We offer 120-minute reservation windows. If you are late, please contact us immediately so we can see if we can move your reservation around to enable you to have your full tasting time. If we are fully booked and cannot move your reservation start time, your reservation will end at your original end time.
